Overview of our Refund and Returns Policy

This document outlines our refund and returns policy. This policy applies for 30 days from the date of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Our refund and returns policy in no way takes away any of your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused with no signs of tampering. It must be in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we must be able to verify that you purchased the product from us. This may involve requesting proof of purchase from you in the form of a receipt.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after purchase may not be eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to use discretion in such cases, or even to deny a refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If we approve your request for a refund, then the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 3-5 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request for sale items, although we will review each case individually.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: 7a Allport Avenue, Thrumster NSW 2444, Australia.

Gifts

If the item was shipped directly to you, you may contact us to arrange for an exchange. If the item was not shipped directly to you, contact the person who gave it to you and ask them to contact us for a refund or exchange.

Shipping return items

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 7a Allport Avenue, Thrumster NSW 2444, Australia.

You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Incorrect or damaged items

If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us at hello@vanessaellenessentials.au to request a refund or replacement. Please provide a description of the issue you have encountered with your purchase, including photos or any damaged items.

In the case of incorrect or damaged items we will not require you to return the item. You may choose to receive either a refund, or replacement item(s). We will be responsible for shipping costs if you choose to have a replacement item sent to you.
