Moisturising Body Balm Product Overview

This recipe was formulated for my neighbour who has extremely dry and cracking skin on her lower limbs due to long-term medication use and poor circulation. I’m happy to say this formulation has been hugely successful for her. I soon realised I needed to produce this product in a larger size to my other balms, so it comes in a great big 60ml tin!
Directions:
Apply the Moisturising Body Balm liberally to clean dry skin to boost skin moisture. Use as a moisturiser or barrier balm. A little goes a long way, but it’s designed to be used, not conserved… go for it! Store away from direct sunlight. Use within 8-12 weeks of opening, or until scent begins to fade.
Additional Information:
These products are handmade using 100% natural ingredients. In fact, our products are usually made to order! This means that there may be subtle differences between batches. It is also important to know that the texture of some batches may feel a little ‘grainy’ and this is completely normal. For example, the natural beeswax content of the Moisturising Body Balm may tend to set a little unevenly.
Ingredients:
Jojoba Oil, Apricot Oil, Avocado Oil, Sesame Oil, Shae Butter, Beeswax, Vegetable Glycerine, and Vitamin E, with essential oils of Helichrysum, Lavender, Frankincense, and Carrot Seed.
Important:
Do not use if you are sensitive to any of the listed ingredients. If you experience any irritation of any kind, immediately discontinue use. It is recommended that you carry out a small patch test before first use. Always consider the use of essential oils carefully before use.
